Are Annihilator Maskhelms (the Shadow Warrior annihilator head gear) always bind-on-pickup? I mean, is there any chance I could find one to sell at the Auction House, or maybe at the Family Vault?
If so, where do they drop?

they are bind on pickup but the gold bags from guild vault are tradable, so if your guild has any...ask
we have one in the family vault i believe if you claim it
I believe there is at least 1 gold bag at Gaiscioch na Anu vault. But I don't really know how they work yet. How can I know what will the bags give me? Isn't there a big chance they give me the wrong part of the gear (like the Annihilator body I got from a gold bag yesterday?).
The gold bags that are in the vault are viewable. If it something that you do not want just close the window and put it back. Just because you open it doesn't mean you have to take it.
The family vault on the website shows how many we have available. You cant take out of pages 2 - 5 on any of the vaults. Vault 1 is the only one you can take stuff from. We use a online buying with credits system for bag distribution. those who participate get the goods. Click on Family Vault on the top nav. Any point you have can purchase the gear within then it gets mailed to you.
I already checked the Family Vault, but only could find Annihilator arms and legs there. I think Annihilator headgear can only be obtained from bags. The point is, how can I know what's in a bag before "buying" it from the vault?
like Ben said check the vault. I know that Nuada has turned in several gold bags. You might need to check the misc. part of the vault. Since these bags are good for any class, it wont show for a set class, if you know what i mean. From what i can tell there is only shoulders in the bank. So that bag you see is shoulders.

Ok... :) I'm half convinced by now I'll have to get the Maskhelm in battle, or buy it for 170 Officer Emblems. =)
