I have created 9 Open Events for Monday / Wednesday / Friday.
An open event allows a person to step into the leadership seat if they feel they know the dungeon well enough. This ability allows me to create and event that others can lead and follow on their own without my attendance.
To Volunteer to lead the event click on the "Volunteer to Lead This Event" link then click "Claim Leader Seat". This will flag you as the leader and Bold whichever character you signed up with.
Each week the flags will clear and the leadership seat will become available again. This is a great opportunity to work your way through the leadership training and finish your Wolf Pack badge.
