Greetings Everyone. In case you missed a stage here is a recap of each stage.
Stage 1: Introduction to The Leadership System
Welcome to the first stage of your leadership training. This tutorial will introduce you to the leadership console and teach you how to master the way of the Wolf. In this first stage we will begin by forming 6 man groups. To master the way of the Wolf and earn a Mastery Level in the Wolf Pack Formation, you will need to successfully complete 10 small group objectives. These include: Scenarios, Battlefield Objectives, Dungeons, Lair Bosses, Easy PQs, and Normal PQs. Lets Begin!
The first setting on the form below will be "Date". By default it will timestamp right now however you can override the time function by entering in a time of your choice and clicking the "Override Auto Time With:" check box. The next field you will use is the "Target" field. This is where you select the objective or target you have successfully taken. Please note you do not place entries when they were not successfully completed victoriously. So scenarios where you lost don't count. Please note: you will only have access to Scenarios, Battlefield Objectives, Dungeons, Lair Bosses, Easy PQ's and Normal PQ's at this stage. All other objectives come with mastery of future formations. Once your finished click the icon.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIMING: 4 Tuatha (Guild, Alliance, Extended Alliance) Members in Party, Objective Successfully Taken

Stage 2: Introducing Events Into The Leadership System
Welcome to the second stage of your leadership training. You can revisit the previous training by visiting the "How-To Use The Leadership Console" guide. In this stage we will introduce you to running a Hound formation. The Hound formation is a full warband under the independent control of it's warband leader. In this stage you will be able to take Hard PQs, Keeps, Castles, Citadels, Zone Locks, and Schedule Events. There will be times in the larger battles where the Trinity leader will call Hound Formation. This is when your leadership and tactics come to play. Each of the Trinity warbands will break off and work independently of the head. This stage of your training will teach you how to control 24 people or 1 warband to accomplish small tasks. To earn a mastery in the way of the Hound you must lead a warband to take 50 Hard PQs, Keeps, Castles, Citadels, Zone Locks, and Schedule at least 3 Events.
In this stage we introduce Event Creation. When you begin an event the first record you should create is the event record. You can do so by selecting the event out of the "Start an Event:" form below. Once you have created the event record you will be able to select the "Related Event" out of the drop down list for all the objectives which you completed. This will group all of these tasks with the event you created.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CLAIMING: 4 Tuatha (Guild, Alliance, Extended Alliance) Members in Party, Objective Successfully Taken

Stage 3: Introducing Assault & Defense and Co-Leads
You are now ready to lead troops into battle on a larger scale. You will now have access to all of the objectives and be able to create events with "Co-Leads" when you are leading more than one warband. Co-Leads are the leaders of your secondary warbands. They will be your relay points to the other forces. You will also now be able to specify Attack or Defend for objectives. Currently only Keeps, Castles, Citadels, and Fortresses can be defended. If you have not yet read the How-To Use The Leadership Console, please do so before you start using this console.
