So, There was a little glitch in the system that was throwing a lot of you face first into the pool instead of teaching you how to swim first. I apologize for the oversight. Back on Phoenix Throne, many many moons ago we used to base the leadership system on overall rank rather than leadership rank. A Saighdear would have access to the full Trinity formation, a Freiceadan the Hound and the Lorgair the Wolf Pack.

Since we formed the Tuatha I changed this system to work off of it's own system so that members can progress without requiring them to lead warbands. As we all know there are those who are crazy in the head and choose to lead. Then there are those sane folks that like to follow. Not everyone is crazy enough to lead and with the old system Lorgair was as high as you could go as a follower. The change of how this worked allowed members to go all the way up into eldership without ever leading a warband.

So What does this mean for you. Most of you who did not flag that you were using the "Wolf Pack (6-Man) or Hound (Warband)" formations will have the bare minimum view of the leadership console along with instructions on how to use them. Once you complete 10 Objectives you will gain the title next to your family rank "na Faolchú". This means "of the Wolf". These titles are exclusively for those who lead troops in the field. There are 5 stages. Most will see the first 2. If I should ever meet a leader who gains the last 3 I will truly bow to them and we as a family will be blessed.

The 5 Stages of Leadership are:

of the Wolf: na Faolchú = 6 Warriors
of the Hound: na Cú = 24 Warriors (1 Warband)
of the Trinity: na Tríonóid = 25 - 72 Warriors (2 - 3 Warbands)
of the Eagle: na Iolar = 73 - 96 Warriors (2 - 4 Warbands)
of the Griffin: na Griobhta = 97+ Warriors (5+ Warbands)

This bug also caused people not to gain their titles. So if you have more that 10 objectives under your leadership belt and do not have the title next to your rank on the Family Tree please send me a message so I can fix it for you. You should also get the title automatically when you register your next victory.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
