My Brother in Law and I were doing some testing last night which cause it to reset prematurely. This list will now be updating every sunday at midnight PST. When i say updating I mean the winner for the past week gets logged and announced. So far we've had 1 week that worked as it should Im still ironing out the bugs. In regards to your stats getting updated. 100 Members get Indexed every 15 minutes, we have 2600 characters in the system so it takes 6.5 Hours to finish indexing every day.
