Came back to this game probably a month ago or so.
Despite reportedly lower numbers, I seem to be orvr'in just as much. Granted scenerios just don't ever pop; wish they would, but overall, I'm fairly pleased with my experience.
Also playing on this rp server seems to be more pleasurable. Not as much leet speak or morons just trying to show off their epeen. Granted there are still the occasional a$$hats, but for the most part everyone joins together and ignores them basically nullifying their special taunt powers.
I've led quite a few large warbands as well as multi warbands in T2 and even though it's still like herding cats, it gets better. You just have to identify others with leadership material and have them as warband assistants, both making calls, scouting, and overall keeping things running smoothly. Plus you're going to have to log at some point so it's good to have someone to fill your spot.
As for the changes in the game, I'd have to say the most important and sigh of relief one is the second ramp for all keeps. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It makes both defending and taking keeps multiple, multiple times more pleasurable. The token system for gear is also big on my list followed closely by the option to opt out at keeps (helps to know I'm not stealing gear from someone that might need it when I have 3 whole sets of the same thing). If more changes like these occur, this game will remain to be quite fun for orvr's like myself.
Been loving T2 rvr and I'll be in T3 soon. Just wanted to say I'm a big fan of the changes that have happened while I was away and that are ongoing. Also a big fan of this guild's weekly orvr events. Nothing keeps a guild together than weekly events in all tiers.
