Every once in a while a member comes to me with a special request. Whether it's to help support a charity they are part of or to help them out in a tough life situation. Andrew has been a friend of mine for a while and a long time Gaiscioch member. At the moment he is in need of a lymph node removal and is without insurance. He needs to raise 10% of the surgery cost to have the procedure done. At the moment he is 80% the way there and with a couple people tossing a buck or two his way we can get him the rest of the way and get him the surgery he needs.
