linking multiple ESO accounts?

How would I go about linking multiple ESO accounts to my profile?

You can set this by editing your profile then clicking on Family Accounts. Please note that if the guild becomes highly active all alternate accounts will be removed.

Hi Fog,

I did add my first secondary account under Family Accounts a couple of months ago (in October). But:

1. It did not get promoted to Member by the usual process (Sir Henry took care of it manually yesterday), and
2.  It does not show up in the Sends Items To field in marketplace requests.
