Uploading Spreadsheets?

I have a question about offering spreadsheets, word docx or other files here on the website. I have built a spreadsheet for Ranger pets and locations so you can check them off as you aquire them, but don't know how I can offer it to everyone. Any advice is welcome. Thanks
