Adding Recipes

I'm sure it's posted somewhere but I cannot find it. Is there a way for us to add recipes to be approved for the marketplace? Is that done thru Discovery under Participate?

I have the same question. I read in one post you had to be artisan rank 3. I've finally reached this and can not locate the option anywhere. I've checked in the discovery area as well as in the marketplace. I've also logged in from two different web browsers in case one was not displaying properly. I know there is a need to add recipes and I would love to assist but can not seem to find it.

Adding Recipes is done through the marketplace. Upon earning rank 3 Artisan you gain the ability to "Add New Recipe". You will see the button to the right of your Artisan Progress bar on the marketplace section. We require people to get to Artisan Rank 3 so that they have a firm understanding of how the system works before they go inputting things into our database. We also do not want people posting data off other websites. This feature is to be used when you discover a recipe and verify it works. If we find people importing from websites we will forfeit their discovery points and turn off their ability to add recipes. Last thing we want is a ton of out dated data from BW2 & 3 in our database. After BW3 they took our a lot of materials and changed the recipes which caused our eldership team a lot of heartache having to go back through every single item and update them. We want to avoid old data at all costs.

Also your Ranks (Artisan, Warlord, Leadership, Fellowship, Discovery, Scholar) are updated at 1AM PST when the site does it's sync process.

Hi Fog - thank you for taking the time to reply! Well I guess my eyes are getting worse. I see the button now.... lol. However, when I click on it it simply just refreshes the page. I also checked on my ipad and the same thing happens. Perhaps my profile is not completely updated yet? I think I only achieved rank 3 artisan as of last night.

I have been artisan rank 3 for awhile and my "add new recipe" button just refreshes the page too. So it is not just you, I say give it time. It will sort itself out. :)

Try logging out and logging back in without Auto-Fill sounds like the corrupted cookie issue. I just logged into your account and did it without issue Daenera.
