I thought it would be fun to share the story which our community is based off (loosely) of. Now I found this a couple years ago and mixed the 5 episodes together for me to listen too on the way to California to pickup my daughter.
This story originally shared to me by my grandmother (which was a wee bit different) was one of my favorite stories as a kid. In 2001, i thought it would be fun to base a guild off of it in DAOC and thats where it all came from. Since then I've learned so much more about the real story and actually picked up copies of the Lebor Gabala Erenn and have a membership to the Irish Text Society. I still have alot to learn but it's quite fascinating to see the story that once filled the imagination of this young boy.
