Anyone interested in developing a static 6-man?

I came to the decision last night that after returning I'm going to declare my main character to be: Tserash (BW 40/53).
I will keep Rilhelm (KotBS 40/51) as my tank alternative with Tseralt (WP 36) my healer backup (as I level him up of course)to be used whenever someone needs their help.

Having said that my main goal then is to get Tserash geared/leveled up as part of my end game progesssion. In order to do that I'm looking for others in the alliance that might be interested in developing a static 6 man for LV/ToVL/SCpremades/ORvR.

I know that there have been others that have expressed interest in setting up something like this as well. Here are my thoughts and feel free to reply here in the forums or talk to me on vent:

Prerequisites:
1) We need 6 people (duh, lol) But if more are interested we can develop substitutes as well as another 6 man group if necessary.

2) It would help if those interested were at least greater ward. I know that many are working on getting theirs still and I want to help people to get to that point. However for this group to be successful in LV or ToVL, greater wards are essential.

3) Be willing to commit the time and effort to get together. I recognize that there are always time constraints and that there may be times that we miss out on some Tuatha events in order to get runs in before lockout timers.

4) A standard 6man group make up will look something like this:
DPS: Tserash BW
DPS:
Tank: (To guard dps)
Tank: (To guard 2nd dps)
Healer:
Healer:

Of course how we setup is determined by those interested.

Lastly I just want to emphasize that my goal is to hopefully create a decent core that we can run consistent events. I’m not trying to be exclusionary by any means, but recognize that there are certain requirements to be involved in certain aspects of the game (i.e. you can’t do Crypts/Tunnels before you’re 40). Hopefully this has stirred an interest in some of those that have been wanting to get into LV/ToVL and we can get several groups underway.

Let me know what your thoughts and interests are.

Tserash, count me in. Albeit, occassionally (like 1 or 2 times a month) my job requires late night work. I would prefer the OT role if possible. I am particularly interested in a regular 6 man for SC's. LV, TOVL, etc.. are also great. I have 4/5 conq pieces but my rr is only 42. Should be able to finish the greater ward w/o too much grind in a week or so.

Count me in potentially as well. I've run LV a few times now and as a healer with 4/6 Dark Promise pieces, and even though I'm only RR 44, I'm about as well equipped as a healer can be until Warlords. I'm hoping to start forming a tighter knit group of 6-9 guys to really work on small group tactics and coordinating builds to work together. Let's continue networking on vent for this as well.

I think maybe the issue is less about wanting to put the group together, and more about the timeslot commonly available. We have tons of capable and similarly motivated people, but it's hard to get the same group together around the same time. Xhao, Tserash, and myself were talking in vent, and we all seem to be looking for something earlier maybe in the 3-9pm EST (12-6pm PST) timeframe weekdays (Weekend times vary of course). I know for both myself and Xhao, that the typical 6pm PST start is a bit late for us, and it'd be nice to do our thing ahead of Tuatha events later on. What do you guys think?

I'm usually at home by 5:30 pm CST. I would have to roll with an evening group.

Actually evenings work better for me. Monday is my only day off and for the most part I'm not consistent til after 8pm central time the remainder of the week. Stean I think it would be great if we can all team up. Like I said earlier I'm not looking to exclude anyone. Possibly this evening or sometime this week we can get together. When I get on tonight I'll try to pull a group for us to talk . Ps I know that Lisa/ Spacecadet is interested as well. Pps. Looks like we have a lot of tanks interested. We may have to get creative.

Looks like we could do two groups with the amount of tanks that we have: Haagard - IB (Lesser Ward) Spacecadet - KotBS (Lesser Ward) Ciannech - SM (Greater Ward) Viktre - SM (Greater/Superior? Ward) Thirtyeight - IB (Lesser Ward?) Healers: Radgasken - RP (Greater Ward) Stean - WP (Greater Ward?) DPS: Tserash - BW (Greater/Superior soon :)) A couple of thoughts as we look at the group. What time is going to provide the best for grouping? I'm also looking to see what's going to provide the best team chemistry.

38t is full greater now. Viktre needs Invader Balancers to have full supe. Viktre and I are interested in LV runs. Outside of wards (i.e. block, to be crit ratings and wounds) I'm not quite geared for MTing yet, but can offtank. And yes, Viktre, Stean and I have been working on fluid 6-mans to practice running scens and small unit orvr. I guess our little project is growing out of a pool of players who play at the same times almost everyday. What we're doing is really just learning each others' play styles, and practicing how to work together. I'd suggest to anyone, that if you find you're running scens with the same people all the time, then do the same. Get in vent and foster rapport. If you are on the same times we are and would be interested in getting in on this send a tell to thirtyeightt, viktre, stean or drorodin.

My white lion is only a piece or 2 away from being greater warded, my shadow warrior and slayer have yet to really get started with the warding, but seeing as to how I mainly play dps classes (what can I say, I'm hooked on them, been playing them forever), if you need dps, I'll be happy to join in a semi-static group that is working on pve and other stuff. Hell, if the Armyn folks that are trying to set up the same sort of thing need dps, I'd be happy to hang out with them as well. Love the Armyn guys\gals :)

If you guys have a early afternoon group running I'd be down. I live in the UK so my prime time is between 1p-5p EST. I usually play Tuesdays/Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays. I have a fully superior warded WH, and a fully superior warded AM. Still missing the DP chest/helm for the WH, and havent taken the AM in there yet.
