I'll try to make it short and straight as it can be.

We've been experiencing lots of defeats on Tier3 scenarios lately. Mostly because it seems Destruction forces discovered (which it seems we didnt't) the power of pre-made Scenario parties and strategies. I'm well aware how good with tactics the family is, as well as I'm proudly aware of the fighting prowess of my T3 comrades at the Alliance. So, what are we waiting for before taking a serious approach to pre-made scenario parties and good use of strategies to fight Chaos effectively in Scenarios too?

Now I'm just learning the ways of the war, but I'm sure there's some veteran family member that can rally us into a victorious scenario force. I'm here to fight under the banner of such valiant leader.

Where there's a will there's a way. Sounds like you have the will part, I have a feeling your wants will make it happen. Remember all the veteran leaders of Gaiscioch started somewhere. In fact I might be one of the "youngest" leaders in this guild. What I've found is if you set something up consistenly, you will have people show up for it. Doesn't matter if it's T2, T3, or T4. Your next step is going to be deciding on whether you want to do a melee train or a bomb group. Bomb groups are pretty damn amazing, but can be harder to put together since you need a bw that knows what he's doing as well as good tanks and good healers (preferably group heal spec'd WP's). Melee trains are a bit easier to do, not as much leadership skill is required and can be more spontaneously made. You mainly need a two tanks (one or both need to be 2h spec, doesn't really matter the class, IB's tend to be best), a WH, and a slayer (or WL). If anything is key it'll be the WH since (depending on level) he should be putting out the most damage. Each tank should guard a mdps. The healers just need to stay out of harms way or hidden (unless they're WP's, in that case make sure they're right in the middle of your melee train so it's harder to target them; if they ever get separated, you immediately move the train to their location to "pick" them up.) Last but not least, the main mdps should not be shy on calling targets in vent or claiming MA during each sc. Hope that helps and GL. Kick some butt out there.

Thank you very much for the instructions. I'll try to make something happen. And when you reach T3 with your new character, don't forget to drop a line. You can show me how these SC tactics work. :)

I'd be down for some T3 scenarios. Tor Anroc is so good, and I have yet to even play the other scenarios, they never pop.

I have a T3 WP parked in Tier 3 for more than a year now. So say something in alliance chat if you're running T3. Maybe if I have time I'll dust off that WP and jump down on T3.

I hope I can join you. I am still trying to find my feet again. I do have a KoTBS that is T3 level but I don't even know what he has for gear.

Now seriously. I'll sound the Warhorn for SCs later today, when I get home after my second job shift. Hope to meet most of you then! And it would be great if we get an experienced leader too. I'm more than apt to learn, but one doesn't learn everything in a day (and its easier to learn from experience, seeing onthers leading, than to try to implement a verbally explained tactical concept). Blessed be.
