Bastion Stair and Other Dungeons

I've been wondering about these dungeons, and haven't been able to find a great deal of information about them. So I guess I just have a bunch of questions for those of you who are familiar.

I guess to start off? Would anyone like to start running the city dunegons as a guild? I'd also like to get Bastion Stair going. I know that Bulzeye runs a BS every Wednesday, which is great, I enjoyed that last week, but I was wondering if there was interest at doing this at other times.

So in terms of bastion stair, questions I had were:

1.) Whats the lockout time for the bosses?

I've read both 7 and 3 days. If it's 3 then it seems to me to BS runs a week for the guild is very doable.

2.) how hard is BS?

On Wednesday with like 2-3 groups it seemed we were dying alot in the middle wing on Wednesday. Is the entire instance this difficult? Can any of it be done with a single group?

That's mainly what I'd like to know about BS, now in terms of the city instances:

1.) How many wards will I need bare minimum to do these?

I know that we're told for the guild runs (do these actually happen? see them advertised here, but not on guild calender) that healers need 3/5, melee dps need 4/5 and tanks 5/5. Will I have absolutely no chance as a healer with 2/5? Should I even bother trying to PUG it till I get a 3rd lesser ward?

2.) Next I was wondering how difficult these are. I guess they're both 6-man capped, but is one more difficult than the other? If so, I'd love to know.

3.) What is the lockout timers on these instances? And when does it go into affect. IE: if i join a horrible PUG, die at the 1st mobs, am I locked out for a week?

Basically, I was hoping to get a little more information about these dungeons because I hope to start running them soon. Hopefully there are others out there who would like to do them as well, cause I'd really like to do this stuff as a guild. Any information or feedback is appreciated.

When you say other dungeons.. Are you talking about the T2 and T3 dungeons or the future LotD dungeons. I would love to see any interest in the T2 Sewers or the T3 Mount Gunbad.. or even any of the Warpblades/Crypts. I have a distinct interest in the T2 sewers [just one wing as it is holding my last piece of Keeper Gear which I like better than the RvR Set] and a good deal of interest for Mount Gunbad as that is the next Armor Set of choice that needs group assistance.

On Lockout Timers: [quoted from Gaarawarr Gabs] Note: Lockout timers are often misunderstood. Lockout timers are both individual and group-based in nature depending on the dungeon. In Bastion Stair, you only receive a lockout once you beat the boss of the wing you are in and thus your lockout is individual in nature. However, in the City Dungeons and the Lost Vale, your timer starts when you kill a mini-boss. In these cases, the lockout functions differently. It is both a lock-out and a lock-in. It locks you in to that dungeon with that specific group of people once you kill the first mini-boss. However, until you have completed the entire dungeon, you can re-enter and keep attempting the dungeon until you complete it or the timer expires. Thus, if you only complete one section of a dungeon but have to log for the day, you can pick up where you left off the next day with your same group. This makes the progression-staged dungeons friendly to people that don’t have a lot of time to spend in-game each day. Once you complete the dungeon, you are then locked out until the timer resets, forcing you to go play the rest of the game or even, gasp, log out and do something else. http://gaarawarrgabs.wordpress.com/2009/03/08/definitive-guide-to-armor-sets-in-war/#Tier%204
