Can anyone help help find level 10 items? Is there a certain spot to hunt, are there good PQs for them? In particular the ones no one seems to have, Helm, Cloak, and Shoulders.
And if you know of anything really good for an AM please do say.

Unfortunately all the helms, cloaks and shoulders that dropped with a level requirement below 12 were recently patched out of the game. Such items do still exist, but they are only available as legacy items (i.e. they were in-game before the patch) and fetch an outrageous price at auction. However, once you hit level 12 there is a good PQ with some helm/shoulder drops just north of the warcamp in Troll Country. It's something about 'Grave Diggers' and you fight skeletons. If you need some help running it just message me in-game, I'd be happy to help you out.
Well poo! That explains why the one spot in Elf lands I knew of is dropping nothing but lvl 12 items.
Yep! Apparently nerfing tier 1 twinks is more of a concern than balancing T4 or fixing the Engineer and Magus...
