I don't know where to find seeds, watering cans and waters for potions anymore.
General merchants have all the good stuff for cultivating and some basic stuff for alchemy as well. You can get everything you need for most pots with the Purchased Vials and the grown goodies from cultivating. Other pots you need a Butcher to get for you, other pots besides std health/stat boost pots i.e. shield/thorn/glue pots. I believe the Guild Merchant has a good amount of stuff.
