Some of this has been discussed and posted around, but adding it here as requested by Ben since I don't see it yet. =) Been through a few moves back in the early days where transfers seemed to happen to a guild I was in about monthly.
Here are the steps
1) The guild must have their vault entirely empty. Guild vaults do not move, but each chars bank will.
2) The leader then types in /transferguild
- do this on the PT server to pack up your guild and attach it to the leader
3) Sign off PT, via the warhammeronline.com website sign onto your account and transfer the leader char to Badlands
4) Once on Badlands the leader will need five of their members to form a group of six.
5) With group of six, the guild leader must be the one to talk to the guild registrar (outside Sigmars) to start a new guild
6) Chose the name and do whatever the guild registrar wants and the guild will be formed.
NOTE:
You will have to rechose your heraldry.
Your guild will not automatically pop to the level it was on PT, but can take several days. Never seen this take more than three and my other transfers usually had it in two or less.
Have standard mounts on hand because you won't have a guild mount that works.
You will not have more than one bank vault until the level kicks in.
Everything about the guild will have to be reset by the guild leader.
Standards and points to go on may not be updatable until your guild level is rolled over.
See you all on Badlands. OV and Sword an Scroll will be official over there by the end of the day.
