who bravely join the fight in Tier 4 with their Tier 3 or lower characters. While some other players outside the Family may frown on your presence, I welcome it. Two reasons why I do:

  • 1) It demonstrates your courage because you know you will get rolled and yet you still go out and fight.

  • 2) Destro now had another target to deal with. Without targeting you and any others like ya they don not know what level you and it just makes a Warforce look larger. All about appearances.

So even though some think you are just wasting heals and rezzes, I disagree and continue to encourage you to come out and join the upper tiers. Just think when you reach the levels of tier 4, you'll know your way around and you will be a veteran.

At this time I liked to note two Family members that I have seen:

Twilah - has been running around Tier 4 with us since her Rune Priest was only level 28. Knowing the she would be a nice target she continued to follow and participate with us in laying siege to Destro.

Vampiresbane - Fresh into Tier 3 at level 21, he followed us around and stood up fairly well in most of our fights. I welcome him to join us anytime.

To any others I may have missed, please continue to join the fight.

I have put together a quick guide for those under 30 wanting to join the fight in Tier 4.

Guide To Running In Tier 4 While Still Under Level 30

I was just very happy you guys allowed me to tag along. I did feel pretty bad on those first few nights when I couldn't even get past the harpies without an escort :( Then one night I got really sad because they kept killing me and I couldn't get back to the Keep we were sieging. I almost logged out, but then the old stubborness kicked in and I found a different route to get there. I ran in right in time for the boss siege and won a gold bag - my first piece of Annihilator :) Probably nobody else noticed me that night, but I ended up logging for the night grinning from ear to ear...I like to push myself way beyond what my toons are "supposed" to be able to do and am usually not satisfied until I have discovered a new and intersting way to die. I'm jsut very happy you guys don't mind me tagging along - all my thanks are to you. Any games we play now and in the future, just know Twilah is her happiest when she is running for her life :) It's exciting!

Had a lot of fun as well. As a low level healer, I highly suggest to all low level healers to make frequent use of staying out of LOS of destruction while healing your comrades. As with many things, if they can't see you, they won't bother you. IE my mantra for many things, "Out of sight, out of mind." There were quite a few times when we defended a BO or keep, that I was left for last because they just did not see me. Other classes can help by scouting or bringing and using long range siege equipment if the need arises. A lot of damage can be done with the aoe cannons and the like by a low level player (not to mention the insane damage oil can put out if you're helping to defend a keep).
