Took an order for 2 motif books under the ESO marketplace to be delivered to Geran. After checking Gaiscioch and HoL multiple times I am confident that they no longer play or have not checked in recently. I am gone for the next 7 days so will not be here to see if they check in or to find out if they no longer play. Not sure how to cancel the order from my end if the latter is the case.
