How would I go about joining the family in GW2?

Hello!

I'm currently patching my copy of GW2 as I've not played in a VERY long time.

Thing is, I think my Philippine-specific organization has mostly disbanded into disparate groups, so I was wondering how I could join here on GW2 for a short spell, as I kind of need a breather from other games for a bit.

I don't mind transferring to a different server, but I'm not sure how that works, exactly.

EDIT: I may have pressed something. I think I joined on the forums, without being in the actual guild in-game as I'm still patching.

You have to click the join button in your Membership Command center and then request an invite, then the magic invite faery will give you an invite :3
