Since you obviously already registered here to post this... ;)
Just go back to the home page for http://guildwars.gaiscioch.com/ and on the far right side, in the green area that says Yourname's Membership Command center, look to end on the far right, you will see 3 buttons. The farthest button says "Update Profile". Click that and be sure to fill out your most common play times. (direct link is http://guildwars.gaiscioch.com/edit_account.php
Once that is done, go back to the home page (http://guildwars.gaiscioch.com/) and you should see a button underneath the one you clicked to update your Profile, that says Request Invite. Click that and within roughly 24 hours, you should see a Pending Guild Invite in your Guild UI in-game. While in-game, press G and look at the bottom of the left-side panel.
That will get you joined to the appropriate "home room" for your preferred playtime that you filled out in your Profile.

also once you click accept guild invite you will need to click represent in order to see the gchat and actually be representing gsch. I had a friend who just accepted and didn't know why he couldn't see gchat :))
LOL good point. I've derped on that myself before, and I still do. I'll forget that I'm representing my guild and not GSCH, a lot, or if I create a new toon, forget to represent anything. Then I'll be wondering why its so quiet (but Na Morrigan really is a quiet room, most of the time)
Izzy is our primary person who makes sure all in game invites get done and I see no pending invites on the list of the website. I know you should have shown up and received one since you do have your GW2 user id in your profile. I know as mentioned above, the primary time you play (does not mean you are always within that area) should be checked because we do our best to keep people on the same game time in the same guild.
I haven't been on much myself to see where pending invites might be, but if you haven't seen the invite yet, let us know and we'll help you get it worked out. Usually someone is around in Raidcall to help. You can even private message anyone in Raidcall if you don't want to interrupt an entire room if they happen to not be in a game room or in a dungeon room.
Oh on another note, if you see more than one make sure you only have one of the following:
Gaiscioch
Gaiscioch - with an accent over the second i
Gaiscioch Na Morrigan
The other two names you will see (not sure which rank they send the invite now) are the ones specialized to PvP/WvW and PvE.
