Where in the World is Ameranth?

I've been wondering if anyone has found her in the game yet, and if so, where. Hopefully, she will become the "Nicholas the Traveler" for Guild Wars 2.

I've been looking around for her, but haven't seen her yet, any help in locating this elusive NPC would be greatly appreciated!

I'm certain I saw Herr in the Black Citadel. She and her dog kind of stand out in a city full of Charr. She is at the top of the ramp directly adjacent to the player instance of the Steel Warband.
