How do I get an actual invitation in game at Headstart? I will probably create my usual gaming name of Maalpractice for starters.
Easiest way is to hop onto the Raidcall server and ask. If that isn't possible find anyone with the [GSCH] guild tag and message them.
Is there a way to locate guilds in game? In Wow you /who 'guildname'
I'm guessing it will be relatively easy if you roll on sanctum of rall to run into somebody from here, I'm kind of counting on it. Also [offtopic]HI EVERYONE THIS IS MY FIRST POST.[/offtopic]
I will be joining in Raidcall and should be on a lot. I will be on as ... Morigana Bean Sidhe or Morigana Na Mire My plan is to be on from first server boot up until about 6 a.m. PST and then back on around 4 p.m. pst until midnight. Just shoot me a /tell and I'll attempt to hook you up with some one that can do the invite if the guild is up and running - which I am thinking won't be too long after launch. Welcome Tizzy.... I'm sure there will be many of us on :) - so yeah - look for the tag?

IIRC, in Warhammer only officers could invite, but in Rift anyone could. Based on that, I'd say it depends on how privileges are set up within the game who can invite and who can't. That said, if you have sufficient privileges to invite and someone asks, invite away. People we don't want have a way of weeding themselves out when they see how we are. :-)
If I remember correctly Fog said anyone can invite in GW2, and if we can't we can pass on names to officers that are on. Also, welcome to the family Tizzy!
