Yes, Like some people have already said it's like waiting for Christmas. I have also read, and I dont know if it was in our forums or somewhere else that you may be able to log onto the game 3 hours earlier than midnight. Either way I cant wait until Santa...err Guild Wars 2 gets here.

Rustedcrown, I'm the one who posted that in the forums, and I'll definitely start trying to login at 9PM Pacific time. Funny thing is that will be 1 AM in my local time (official launch at 4 AM), which will make for an interesting night to say the least. :)
I'll need to take a nap after work Friday. Looks like a great night for Chinese food for me and my 3 kids!
Did they change launch time? It was midnight PST. I am wondering because being EST I was going to stay up until 3 am or set an alarm and get up to create my first toon at the launch time. If launch was moved to 4am PST then I can just get up at 7 am.
No, they didn't. Official launch time is 0:00 AM Pacific Time on August 25th. But that happens to be 4 AM in my local time, since I'm in Brazil. ;)
The wait is killing me. Brain started keeping track around the 3 week period. Now a little over 1 week left. Time Slows down. It starts at 2 AM here for me, with the possibility of starting 3 hours early at 11 PM that Friday. Hmm, after work on Friday I'll take a nap and set my alarm for 10:40 PM. Then play until Sunday night with a case of 5 hour energy and some snacks.
I am so with all of you there. I don't want to wait anymore for the game. As for the launch, I've read that the time is 00:00 pdt but they may open up servers at 9 pm pdt to help with the problems that can arise with so many people trying to log on at the same time. You can bet I will be trying at 9 and keep trying until I get in.
Ya. They said something on facebook or in a blog or something that they wish to have a smooth launch and are prepared to open the servers 3 hours early
