GUINNESS MARINATE BBQ SALMON STEAKS
A favorite you'll come back to again and again!
Ingredients
4 x 8 oz Smoked Salmon Steaks
2 oz Guinness Stout
Juice of 1 Lime
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Fresh Ginger
1/4 tsp finely chopped Red Chili
1 tsp chopped Coriander
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then add Salmon.
Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Turn in the marinade a couple of times.
Pre-heat the barbeque and grill Smoked Salmon 3 -4 minutes on each side.
Serve with a tossed salad.
