Think we will have to uninstall and reinstall for the release after this cbt2?
No idea yet. They didn't make the announcement that CBT1 would not be updateable until about a week or week & half ago. The lack of a proper Dev Tracker on the forums can make it hard to track down info, but I'm trying to keep a pretty close eye on this & will update when I see anything. I am hopeful, as the install process is going much smoother on this one than on CBT1 & it seems to be working more like a normal launchpad program.
How long will CBT2 last? Is there an official release date?

I don't know why I'm doing this to myself, but here I go again with another exhausting MMO. Had said Archeage was going to be my last one. Had said ESO was going to be my last one. Had said GW2 was going to be my last one. This time I will tell the truth. There will always be another after BDO.
Downloading now. How do we find the guild when we log on tomorrow?
For now i would just suggest to be on GameVox if you can and we can congregate in the Black Desert channel and we'll figure things out as we go along. :)
I will be on Both GameVox and Discord so it'll be a exciting time for sure! I do know Fog is with us in spirit when it comes to Closed beta phase 2, but he is really busy with the Stream events.
But once the game launches i do believe he intends to take over the reigns to organize these events. :D
