We had another good showing and lucked out with two very helpful and patient PUGS: Deec and Tissat. First boss was one shot. Had a bit of a learning curve personally on the Minis, but with help, we got those down easily. Only had two of the types of rings drop, so one went to runebreak. Mevadio showed me a very good spot to tank should we need that next time. We ended up kiting them.
We took on the second boss for the first time. We first tried clustering at one spot but that didn't work after two go's. I then tanked him prettymuch where he stood and we all had to dance a bit from the ground aoes. We had to practice a couple times, but got him in the end. A very good effort all around by the Roses and the PUGs. Thanks everyone for staying light and focused.
Got some tips later from Illiase, our resident high end raid consultant. She said Silgen is doable but requires an extreme amount of attention by everyone. She suggests we go straight for him, try it a few times, then comes back to first, minis and second to end on a good note. Looking forward to the opportunity to try this.
