Token of Valor

A token of approval given to a leader who acts and displays Honor and Integrity. They lead family events with compassion and a calm stature and provide a clear communication channel to all participants. These tokens are only to be given to members that you feel, make the Gaiscioch and Tuatha a better family. Additional qualities that may earn these tokens are: Kindness, Patience, Compassion, and Selflessness. They can see past now, and recognize the results of their actions and the impact they have on the future. Members who go out of their way to help their family are eligible for this token of respect. Only members of equal or lower rank than the person receiving the Token will be able to award a token. So a Lorgaire must receive a token from a Lorgaire or below ranked member.

For those new to the Guild, in addition to claiming your participation points you have the opportunity to acknowledge the leader(s) of the run. At the bottom of the screen is the "Token Button". This is the only reward the leader gets as you cannot claim participation in you own run. Earning these Tokens is an important step in the promotion process. For-The-Family Thanks V
