A New Journey - Misstrix

Some say I'm a dwarf, in fact that's why I had to leave my elven village. The village elders believed I am a dwarf and were pretty uncomfortable with my presence in the village. Especially when I came top of my archery class. So I'm pretty short for an elf but I can shoot a bow like an elf. So I must be an elf. My elven mother told me I was special from the day she found me. She told me I was destined for great things with my talented singing and my ability to shoot 'as good as any elf'.
With Telara in trouble I am honoured to be chosen by the Gods. Mother was right there was a reason I came to her as a babe, she encouraged my singing, taught me to communicate with animals and to shoot a bow straight.
Life was great until the village was attacked by dragons. Due to being different I was blamed for the misfortune the befell our village. My mother was gravely injured in the attacks, on her death bed she told me the truth about how she had found me on a river bank nestled in some reeds. She was led there by a dream she believed was from a higher power. After her death I was banished from the village with nothing more than the clothes on my back.
I remember coming across an army of guardians and joining their ranks with nothing to lose I happily took the front lines. My memory of what happened after that is foggy, althought I remember the warm embrace of an angel holding me for what seemed like an eternity from an encrotching darkness. Waking up I found myself as one of the choosen destined to help save Telara.
