As some of you might remember, back when the AD/AH exploit came out I had my account banned for finding the exploit, testing it and reporting it. After getting banned I submitted a ticket with a copy of my original ticket reporting the exploit. I created a new account to play while things get sorted out. after a week I submitted a new ticket from my new account asking for an update...yesterday I recieved a response...roughly a month after I submitted the original ticket. This was the reply I recieved to all tickets including the original detailing the exploit...
Do to tech difficulties with Firefox, it wont let me cut and paste...basically they stated they are ignoring all tickets sent before June 1st because they have too many so I have to resubmit my tickets. All of my tickets were closed.
This is the final nail in the coffin...I basically wasted $60 on this company and lost all my time I invested in STO...I had been playing since launch.
