There are only 12 that get the exp from the boss it is based on damage done, 2 healers with the most healing and 10 dps of course with the highest dps and if another group is running them you have to be in the highest damage done group to get anything at all. Thats not true with healers they can get exp even if they are not in a group. I will run 16 in the group this gives us highest group dps that insures that our group always does the highest dps and holds the group win placement. The down side to that is that only 12 out of the group will get vet exp on the boss, if you hit the adds they give around 1K exp each and you get that when they die not at the end so if you are low V rank try to hit them a few times to offset the loss of the boss exp. V1's can still get the boss exp but it is less often than higher ranks so its a slow exp start for lower levels, also the lower you are the less boss exp you get. at v1 you should get about 10K a kill but at v11 I was getting 38K per kill so as you run them it just gets better and better. With all of that said I still think its a good grind even for low levels. Also by putting 16 in the group we can have more lower levels and still get the boss down.
OK on to loot. If you hit the crystal and hit the boss you should always get a chest at the end. The chest loot is random on the low end you can get 60-67 gold and on the high end you can get a purple. The loot level is based on your Vet rank up to v11 the anomalies only give out loot to v11, however purple v11 gear on a v12 is not to be disrespected.
As a guild supporting each other we will be the only ones running 16 in a group all of the rest will be to greedy to put up with anything over 12. This will give us a group win advantage. So by sharing and caring we will get exp and always get some loot. Oh ya did I tell you they are elite dungeon bosses so you also get undaunted credits. Yep Yep nice Mongo like undaunted.
