Does anyone have an awesome dual axe PVE build they would share with me?  Runes / Armor / Traits etc.  Thanks in advance!

I don't play a warrior but I found this one for open world content. It looks like most of the meta builds use ax/mace for dungeons.

Just as a general note, I think those runes of strength are expensive you could probably replace them with ranger for damage. I don't know how mobile warriors are but if that is a concern you can also use centaur/pack runes if you need more swiftness uptime. Centaur are nice for 100% swiftness if you have a low cool-down heal.

When running around just killing stuff on my own lately on my warrior I have been the following builds depending on the situation.

Base Build:

http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fJAQRBHPxG2ITH1d23hjHciGIIIwNbuII563JA-e

More Damage Less Survival(Also requires a locked grandmaster trait but you can technically replace that with XII):

http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fJAQRBHPxG2ITH1d23hjHciGIIoQNDmLgAIBO/Bnw0D-e

Alternative build (more fury/swiftness but less overall damage than the More Damage Less Survival build):

http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fJAQRBHPxG2ITH1d23hjHciGIIoMXABQCc+DOhpX1aA-e

Basically I use my Signet of Rage whenever it is on cooldown and I never use any of my others except healing signet if I am about to die. I fight almost exclusively with my Axe/Axe and switch to Sword/Warhorn for traveling. While traveling I spam skill 2 (leap forward) and use skill 4 whenever I run out of swiftness or get crippled, immobilized or chilled while running.

I start fights in Sword/Warhorn initiating on the mob with number 2 if its not on cooldown, then 4, then 5 (unless using alternative build) because that gives me vigor for more dodges and even better gives the mob an almost 8 second weakness that makes him hurt less and gives me a 5% damage boost thanks to Cull the Weak trait. I then switch to Axe/Axe and go 2>4>5>2>1....repeat if needed (only ever needed on vets or champs). I only use 3 if the mob somehow is out of melee range.

If I need a stunbreak I hit 9 but only do that if I am worried about dying to the stun.

Armor: Use a Mix of Berserker and Knights to meet your tastes. Personally I like to take a bit more knights than most people because in the long run the .001 of a second gained per mob is likely evened out by the number of extra deaths people have to run back from. But I use a different character for dungeons so I don;t have to worry about carry extra Berserkers to meet the berserker meta expectations.

Sigils: Force, Strength, and Bloodlust are the 3 best options.

Runes: Strength is probably the best choice, but Hoelbrak, Ogre, and Scholar are all good. Rage is decent cheap alternative due to fairly high fury up time (especially if using the alternative build).

Disclaimer: This is a very selfish build and  I do not recommend it when playing with others in an organized fashion. It works fine running around a map alone where you may temporarily team up with a random person but it has nearly 0 team utility.
