Lots of riding since release and I have not kept up with my google spreadsheet I posted in Foxfyer's thread, but I finally have a worthy addition to my stable.

Thanks guys! I'm working on a pair of Tier 4 parents that I hope to breed this weekend. If I get another tier 6 male I could likely make one available, Neo. :-)

Thank you all! Would love a shot at the white one, but I'm going to have to go back to tier 3 or even lower to get some horses with higher white values for a chance at one. My lines all seem to head towards black.

Congrats, That is certainly a goal horse for me. So I'm thinking the color theory stuff might be true. In which case I should wait to breed unless I have a chance at a tier 7 with the color combo I have. What do you guys think. Is anyone else trying for T7? I did 1 breed for it and got a T6 female. No complaints but the color theory didn't line up for a tier 7 so it makes me wonder.
I'm not as seriously into it as you folks are having only breed a couple of times but I came across this the other day. No idea how accurate it is but it is supposed to take color into account

Most of my horses at higher tiers lined up for a shot at the black Tier 7. The parents had a combined black value of "8". I got it on the exchange of those parents after resetting the female, and the other two were tier 6's with high black values including a tier 6 purebred black. Now that I have this one tier 7, I have spent a bit of time back breeding lower tiers to see if I could produce some Tier 5's that would provide a "7" white and/or red combination value. I finally have two tier 5's that have a shot at the red tier 7 that i'm going to level up to 29 each and give it a go.
I'm not breeding any tier 6's until the non-purebred 7's are unlocked and available. It's just too much work leveling tier 6's for a small shot at moving up a tier. I'm happy getting 6's from 5's if I miss the tier jump to 7, but would not be happy getting 6's from 6's.
So...the short answer is yes...i'm still trying for 7 purebreds, but only from tier 5's with the combined color potential.
Managed to breed a couple more tier 7s since they opened up to non-purebreds:

Strange breeding pairs though. I seem to get a tier 7 on the 1st breeding, a tier 6 on the reset, and a tier 5 on the exchange from the last two tier 6 pairings I'm doing. It's quite a bit of horse leveling to be getting tier 5's in return for fully-levelled tier 6 parents.
Another of the new tier 7 skins. Kinda looks like one of those Chinese Crested dogs in horse form...LOL.
