Hey family! Just a reminder that I will be running my AvA event tomorrow night at 6pm CST. Meet at the northern wayshrine per usual and at the statue for invites. If we have enough people let me know if you are willing to lead a group and I will assign you as co-leads should the need arise. See ya'll then!!
I will do my best to be there - it is mother's day but we are getting together for brunch - so many families - so little time. I will be happy to help lead if you need - haven't done it before, but I've been around and I'm just as directionally challenged as any Gaiscioch :)
It was a great night and wonderful to see so many people come out and work together!

It was an awesome time - we did so much - managed to kill a couple of VR's along the way as well as ticking them off a great deal. You know you are doing a great job when they show up in force to oppose you. I do believe we made them mad :) which is just an added bonus.
It was lots of fun to herd all the pugs and stray and family members :3

I still don't quite understand how the tracking for participation works on our website, but the times that were tracked started after several of us had already spent over 2 hours questing. Everything before 8:30 was not available to claim. Also, Kitty was not listed as co-leader for her to receive a Valor point.
Regardless, I think that many of us had some Mother's Day fun seeking to take back some of our property from AD. And slowly but surely we are becoming more evenly matched.
@ Alana, depending on Pyres warlord lvl he may not be able to add her as co-leader, I have the same issue when I run my events... as for the claiming, if he adds it on a piece of paper during the event and adds them later on to the website, the time stamp will not match up.... some of us like myself that run with 2 monitors can do it as we go along, but not everyone can do that, and trying to do it all on one is a pain
I believe that co-leaders are to be selected if the other leader made things away from the main leader. Like taking a fort and resources on the other side of the map while the leader takes a scroll.
Thanks for explaining that Doreth. I didn't want to over claim anything, so I only claimed for about half. Also @Kitty, you did a fine job and were a real morale booster for everyone!
I thought this was an April Fools Day joke and then realized it was Mother's day instead lol. Wasn't there someone else with the same user name as you Pyre? I always got the two of you confused.
Come to think of it, is that really you Pyre? I don't think I remember you ever leading anything (well besides on rants about Deidana) so congrats lol.
just noticed you posted an AvA event at almost the same time as mine on Wednesday, not sure if this is an error or your just didn't notice my event, but I don't think its a good idea to run 2 ava events at the same time
So... at 5pm... are the two events running in the same time taking different objectives and making one huge event or what's gonna happen?
OK family due to an oversight on my part I didn't realize there was already and event this Wed & Thurs. So as not to step on toes I've scheduled my 2nd night of the Pwnapalooza next Thurs. I'd prefer Wed nights but unless Doreth is willing to move his to Thurs I'll go this route. I noticed mine are recurring every week same nites same time so if that's not what you are planning Doreth then let me know and I'll switch mine back to Wed.

Yes Bentmer this is really me :P After RL took you away from us I did lead several raids on many different nights, and sadly different guilds as time went on. But you was the Big Dog before then!!!
@Alana yeah I was tracking on paper cuz we had Kitty's group taking other things as we were on main targets. So I added it all after. I couldn't figure out how to add Kitty as a co-lead... I guess Doreth may have the right idea there regarding Warlard level or something.
OK sounds like most nights are already filled with recurring events so I'll just stick with my Sunday Night event. Sorry all I tried to make more!!!
